Wednesday June 1st - 9:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.

Who: High School Ultimate Teams
There will be two divisions (exact number of teams we are accepting is still being determined.
1) Competitive
2) Recreational
Cost: $50/team ($10.00 going to Wyndham House, http://www.wyndhamhouse.org/)
Tournament details: 7 on 7 (4/3 - guys/girls) There will be a lunchtime coaches game, entertainment at lunch as well as a food station available all day. Medals will be awarded to the top teams in each division.
To register: send an e-mail to greg.smith@ugdsb.on.ca with the following information:
- Team name
- Name of school
- Location of school (city)
- Phone number
- Division (competitive or recreational)
Spots will be held until April 29th at which point we must have recieved your team fees. Schools will only be allowed to register two teams until April 29th at which point we will allow more teams per school. I will not automatically hold two spots for every school.
-Cheques can be made out to: College Heights Secondary School and sent to the address above to the attention of Greg Smith. Remember spots will only be reserved until April 29th at which point if we haven't recieved your team fees it will be on a first paid - first reserved system.
